The Board resolution dated October 31, 2022, the BOD of Phuc Hung Holdings Construction Joint Stock Company approved to receive the transfer of shares of Dien Bien Investment Resources and Energy Joint Stock Company (DBC) with details as follows:

-          Purchase volume: 6,300,000 shares

-          Purchase price: 10,000 dongs/share

-          Total value: 63,000,000,000 dongs

-          The ownership ratio of PHC in DBC after receiving the transfer: 31.5%

-          Time of implementation: before November 15, 2022.
