November 12, 2022, the Board of Directors of Kien Giang Construction Investment Consultancy Group approved contents as follows:

Resolution No. 21:

The BOD approved to increase the contributed capital CIC group to VND400 billion according to the plan for Bai Vong villa, eco-tourism area project (34.3 ha).

Resolution No. 22:

The BOD approved to joint venture, investment, cooperation with organizations and individuals according to the plan for Ba Keo Phu Quoc (4.3 ha).

Resolution No. 32:

The BOD approved the promulgation of the Information disclosure Regulation.

Resolution No. 33:

The BOD promulgated the Internal Audit Regulation.
