The Board resolution dated November 11, 2022, the BOD of CII Bridges and Roads Investment Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1. The temporary suspension of the transfer of 77,141,770 shares, accounting for 50% contributed capital of CII B&R in BOT Trung Luong – My Thuan Joint Stock Company.
2. Approval for CII B&R to receive the transfer of 61,713,384 shares (equivalent to VND617,133,840,000), accounting for 40% contributed capital of Tuan Loc Construction Investment Corporation in BOT Trung Luong – My Thuan Joint Stock Company to raise the ownership ratio of CII B&R to 90% charter capital.
