On October 28, 2022, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange received the Board resolution on selling Petrolimex 10 Vessel of Viet Nam Petroleum Transport Joint Stock Company. Accordingly, the beginning price for auction was 219,600,000,000 dongs.

Pursuant to regulations, on October 31, 2022, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued an official document to remind and ask Viet Nam Petroleum Transport Joint Stock Company to comply with the regulations on information disclosure because the Company was late to disclose information within 24 hours as of the decision on offering assets at the value more than 15% of the Company’s total assets according to the latest reviewed first-half financial statements.
