2. Record date:             November 10, 2022

 The payment for the 2021 cash dividend

Dividend pay-out ratio:  12%/ par value (VND1,200/ share)

Payment date:  November 29, 2021

Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

  -Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Viet Nam National Petroleum Group as from November 29, 2021.

For the 2022 EGM:

Meeting date:        expected on December 06, 2022       

Meeting venue:      Meeting hall floor 3A, VCCI tower, 09 Dao Duy Anh street, Phuong Mai ward, Dong Da district, Ha Noi city.
