The Board resolution dated October 03, 2022, the BOD of Khai Hoan Land Group Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1. Approved the adjustment of planning to issue shares under ESOP in 2022:

-          Expected issuance volume: 6,376,000 shares

-          Time of implementation: after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC)

-          Transfer restriction: 01 year minimum and 03 years maximum.

2. Approved the adjustment of Regulation of stock issuance under ESOP.
