On September 23, 2022, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Techcombank) approved the agreement between Techcombank and the persons related to internal person(s). Accordingly, Techcombank approved the grant of credit to Wincommerce and WinEco with the total credit limit of VND1,150 billion. Of which, the credit limit for WinEco will be VND150 billion, and the limit for Wincommerce will be VND1,150 billion minus the credit limit for WinEco.
