On October 27, 2022, KIDO Group Corporation announces the repurchase of TAC shares for the for the third phase as follows:

-          The object of the acquisition: all shareholders of Tuong An Vegetable Oil Joint Stock Company (TAC) owned TAC shares after May 19, 2022 (except for KIDO Group Corporation (KDC) and Vietnam Vegetable Oils Industry Corporation (Vocarimex)).

-          Expected repurchase volume: maximum 3,910,296 shares, equivalent to 11.54% of total voting shares of TAC.

-          Repurchase price: VND60,015/share

-          Time for registration to sell TAC shares: from November 01, 2022 to November 15, 2022.

-          Place to receive registration: Viet Dragon Securities Corporation (VDSC).
