The Board resolution dated September 30, 2022, the BOD of Hoang Minh Finance Investment Joint Stock Company approved the plan to invest in purchasing products at the Summit tourist Apartment project (Da Nang), specifically as follows:

-          Project name: Summit Le Duc Tho tourist Apartment

-          Investor: New Day Development Investment Company Limited

-          Location: land No.33, map No.73, Harbour Ville, Nai Hien DOng ward, Son Tra district, Da Nang city.

-          Land area: 1.251 m²

-          Legal status: got a construction permit and is expected to be completed in Q2/2023

-          Investment plan: to invest in purchasing 58 tourist apartments

-          Total value of investment: VND128,573,900,000.
