The Board resolution dated September 30, 2022, the BOD of BIDV Securities Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. Approved the result of shares issuance:

-          Registered issuance volume: 65,730,042 shares

-          Distributed volume: 65,730,042 shares

-          Distributed investors: 01 shareholder

2. Approved the increase of the Company’s charter from VND1,220,700,780,000 to VND1,878,001,200,000, equivalent to 187,800,120 shares.
3. Approved the amendment of the Company’s charter with new charter capital of VND1,878,001,200,000.
