On October 27, 2022, the Board of Directors of Chuong Duong Corporation approved the plan for seeking shareholders’ approval in writing as follows:

1) Approving the resignation letter from Mr. Tran Viet Duc as a member of the BOD in the term 2018-2023.

2) Approving the resignation letter from Mr. Nguyen Chi Tung as a member of the BOS in the term 2019-2024.

3) Approving to elect member of the BOD and BOS.
