The Board resolution dated October 24, 2022, the BOD of Binh Thuan Agriculture Services JSC approved the following issues:

1. Approved the transfer of a part of 10,000,000 shares in VCD Riverbank Joint Stock Company with the minimum transfer price of VND13,300/share.
2. Approved the transfer of all shares in Agricultural and Materials Import Export Joint Stock Company with the minimum transfer price of VND12,000/share.
