The Board resolution dated October 18, 2022, the BOD of Sea & Air Freight International approved the following issues:

1. Approved the adjustment of plan to issue shares under ESOP according to the Board resolution dated September 19, 2022:

-          Issuance volume: 1,051,715 shares

-          Stock type: common share

-          Issuance object: employee

-          Time of implementation: expected in Quarter 4/2022.

2. Approved the stop to implement the transaction of 1,730,012 treasury shares according to the Extraordinary General Meeting dated September 15, 2022.
