The Board resolution dated October 18, 2022, the BOD of City Auto Corporation approved to receive the transfer of shares of Nha Trang Auto Corporation from Mr. Tran Long (person related to Mr. Tran Ngoc Dan – Chairman of BOD and Mr. Tran Lam – member of BOD). Details are as follows:

-          Owning volume before receiving the transfer: 3,650,000 shares, equivalent to 73% charter capital of Nha Trang Auto Corporation.

-          Expected purchase volume: 1,000,000 shares, equivalent to 20% charter capital of Nha Trang Auto Corporation.

-          Owning volume after receiving the transfer: 4,650,000 shares, equivalent to 93% charter capital of Nha Trang Auto Corporation.

-          Purpose of receiving the transfer of shares: to raise the ownership ratio at Nha Trang Auto Corporation.
