Petro Center Corporation announces Resolution of EGM as follows:

1. Approving to elect 01 member of the BOD in the term 2022-2027:

- Approving the resignation of Mr. Sato Ryoichi as a member of the BOD cum Deputy CEO as from October 12, 2022.

- Approving to elect Mr. Toshio Tatsuno as a member of the BOD as from October 12, 2022.

2. Resolution is valid as of October 12, 2022.
