The Hochiminh Stock Exchange has issued a decision and an announcement to change the shares of Hoang Anh Gia Lai Joint Stock Company (stock code: HAG) from supervision status to warning status as of October 11, 2022.

Reason: According to the audit consolidated financial statements in 2021, the profit after tax of shareholders of parent company in 2021 was 203.03 billion dongs, and the undistributed profit after tax at 12/31/2021 was -4,467.1. The securities is subjected to warning status as prescribed in Point b, Provision 1, Article 38, Regulations on listing and trading of listed securities issued together with Decision No.17/QD-HDTV dated 03/31/2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
