The Board resolution dated October 07, 2022, the BOD of Binh Duong Construction and Civil Engineering Joint Stock Company approved the cancellation of record date to pay dividend for 2021 as follows:

-          Record date: October 12, 2022

-          Payment date: October 26, 2022

Reason for change: The Company has not arranged the finance to pay dividend.
