According to the Board resolution dated December 27, 2021, the BOD of Vietnam Container Shipping Joint Stock Corporation approved the plan for the shares which were refused to buy by the existing shareholders in the share issue for capital increase, as follows:

-          Registered offering volume: 55,122,798 shares

-          Distributed volume: 54,905,356 shares

-          Remaining volume: 217,442 shares.

Therefore, the BoD approved a list of 10 investors to distribute 217,442 shares.

-          Selling price: VND25,000/share

-          Transfer restriction: 03 years from the finish date of the offering.

-          Payment time: from 01/05/2022 to 01/10/2022.
