The Board of Directors of Hoang Huy Investment Financial Services Joint Stock Company approved to issue new shares to raise its share capital from the owner’s equity as follows:

−        Record date: January 14, 2022

−        Exercise ratio: 25:2 (those who own 25 shares will receive 02 new shares)  

−        Plan to deal with fractional shares: The shares newly issued to shareholders will be rounded down to units. The fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.

For example, on the record date, shareholder A owns 12,345 shares. Shareholder A will receive: (12,345*2)/25= 987.6 shares. After rounded down, the real number of shares shareholder A receives will be 987 shares. The fractional part (0.6) will be cancelled.
