The Board resolution dated December 24, 2021, the BOD of Phuc Hung Holdings Construction Joint Stock Company approved the policy to transfer a part of contributed capital in Van Phu Urban Investment Company Limited. Details are as follows:

-          Transfer value: VND10,500,000,000, equivalent to 35% of charter capital of Van Phu Urban Investment Company Limited

-          Transferee: NACICO Joint Stock Company

-          Time of implementation: before December 31, 2021

-          Ratio of capital contribution in Van Phu Urban Investment Company Limited after the transfer:

+ Phuc Hung Holdings Construction Joint Stock Company contributed VND15,000,000,000, accounting for 50% charter capital.

+ NACICO Joint Stock Company contributed VND15,000,000,000, accounting for 50% charter capital.
