-          Approving the resignation of Mr. Dang Dinh Tu as Secretary, Assistant general manager cum Person in charge of corporate governance.

-          Approving the resignation of Mrs. Hoang Thi Thuy Linh as Secretary.

-          Approving the appointment of Mrs. Hoang Thi Thuy Linh as Person in charge of corporate governance cum Deputy chief of the BOD.

-          Approving the appointment of Mrs. Nguyen Thu Thao as Secretary.

-          Approving the appointment of Mrs. Le My Hoai Thuong as Secretary.

-          Approving the appointment of Mr. Ta Quang Hieu as Secretary cum Assistant of chairman of the BOD.
