On January 21, 2022, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) received the financial statements for Quarter 4 of 2021 by Duc Quan Investment and Development Joint Stock Company (stock code: FTM). Accordingly, the profit after tax of FTM in 2021 was -223.23 billion dongs and the undistributed profit after tax at 12/31/2020 was -419.70 billion. Besides, according to the audited financial statements in 2019 and 2020, the Company’s profit after tax was -93.75 billion dongs and -200.06 billion dongs respectively.

Therefore, HOSE will implement mandatory delisting procedures for FTM of Duc Quan Investment and Development Joint Stock Company.
