On January 26, 2022, First Real Joint Stock Company announces the adjustment to the content of share public offering with details as follows:

-          Exercise ratio: 100:14.999 (Those who own 100 shares will receive 14.999 new shares). Number of distributed shares will be rounded down to units, the fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.
