The Board resolution dated January 25, 2022, the BOD of Cat Loi Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      Approving the credit limit at Vietcombank – Ho Chi Minh branch with total amount of VND600,000,000,000.

2)      Approving the amendment, supplement of Information disclosure Regulation.

3)      Approving the appointment of Mr. Vo Dinh Van as Deputy Director of the Company from February 01, 2022.
