GUOTAI JUNAN Securities (Vietnam) Corp announced personnel change as follows:

- Approving the resignation of Mr. Li Guang Jie as a member of the BOD in the term 2017-2022 as from January 24, 2022.

- Approving the resignation of Mrs. Nguyen Thanh Tu as a member of the BOD in the term 2017-2022 as from January 24, 2022.

- Approving the appointment of Mr. Wang Jun Hong as a member of the BOD in the term 2017-2022 as from January 24, 2022

- Approving the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Thanh Ky as a member of the BOD in the term 2017-2022 as from January 24, 2022.
