The Board resolution dated January 24, 2022, the BOD of Everland Group Joint Stock Company approved the result of stock issuance to pay dividend for 2020:

1)      Number of distributed shares: 5,250,000; Of which:

-      Number of distributed shares to shareholders according to the rate: 5,249,836 shares for 2,050 shareholders

-      Number of fractional shares: 164 shares (These shares will be cancelled).

2)      Total shares after the issuance: 110,249,836 shares

3)      Charter capital after the issuance: VND1,102,498,360,000.
