-          Target company: BiBICA Corporation

-          Stock code: BBC

-          Relationship between PAN and BBC: PAN is a major shareholder of BBC

-          Number, onwership percentage of BBC shares held before trading by PAN and related person: 11,052,150 shares, equivalent to 58.94% number of oustanding of BBC; Of which:

+  Number, onwership percentage of BBC shares held before trading by PAN: 11,052,150 shares, 58.94%;

+ Number, onwership percentage of BBC shares held before trading by related person: 0 share, 0%

-          Number of shares expected to be bought: 7,700,537 shares, equivalent to 41.06% number of oustanding shares of BBC.

-          Number, ownership percentage of shares held after trading by PAN and related person (estimated): 18,752,687 shares, equivalent to 100% number of outstanding shares of BBC.

-          Stock type to offer: common share, freely transferable

-          Bidding price: no less than the reference price of BBC within 60 days

-          Time of implementation: being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
