According to the Board resolution dated January 14, 2022, the Board of Directors of Damsan Joint Stock Company decided to change the plan for the use of capital after the private placement of bonds in 2021. Accordingly, the Company will use the proceeds of VND100,000,000,000 to pay bank loans in Quarter I of 2022.
