The Board resolution dated January 13, 2022, the BOD of APG Securities Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      Approving the result of share public offering:

-          Total distributed shares: 73,153,306 shares, accounting for 100% of total shares to be offered; Of which:

+ To offer shares to existing shareholders: 72,361,790 shares

+ To offer the undistributed shares to other investors (01 investor): 791,516 shares

-          Total proceeds from the offering: VND731,533,060,000

-          Total expenses: VND59,000,000

-          Total net proceeds after the public offering: VND731,474,060,000.

2)      Approving the new charter capital after the share public offering to VND731,533,060,000.

3)      Approving the amendment of the company’s charter with a new charter capital.
