The Board of Directors of Lam Dong Minerals and Building Materials Joint Stock Company approved the followings:

1)      Report on business performance in Quarter 4 of 2021 and in 2021.

2)      Approve to establish an internal audit board directly under the Board of Directors of Lam Dong Minerals and Building Materials Joint Stock Company, including the following persons:

-          Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Duc (Head of the Internal Audit Board)

-          Mr. Tran Quang Thuc.

-          Ms. Huynh Thi Que Huong.
