On January 10, Nafoods Group Joint Stock Company received the decision dated December 31, 2021 by the Taxation Department of Nghe An Province regarding the administrative sanctions as follows:

1)      Penalties:

-        Fine for false declaration: 285,719,049 dongs

2)      Remedies:  

-        Corporate income tax arrears and state contractor tax arrears: 842,639,738 dongs

-        VAT refund: 52,524,493 dongs

-        Late payment interest: 84,395,333 dongs.

Total fines, tax arrears, tax refund and late payment interest: 1,265,278,614 dongs.
