-          Ex-right date: January 19, 2022

-          Record date: January 20, 2022

1)      Reason & Purpose: to use treasury shares to distribute to existing shareholders.

2)      Content::

-          Exercise ratio: 8% (Those who own 100 shares will receive 08 new shares).

-          Expected stock volume to distribute to existing shareholders: 3,043,837 shares

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down to units, the fractional shares (if any) will be decided by the BOD.

-          For example: at the record date, shareholder A owned 2,157 shares. With 8% performing ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 2,157 *8% = 172.56 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A receives 172 new shares and fractional shares of 0.56 will be decided by the BOD.

-          Price range in the ex-right date: +/-20% compared to the reference price

-          Place of payment:

+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
