On dated December 31, 2021, Khanh Hoa Power Joint Stock Company received decisions from Central Power Corporation (EVNCPC) regarding the change of Representative of contributed capital of EVNCPC in Khanh Hoa Power Joint Stock Company (KHPC) as follows:

1)      The resignation of Mr. Nguyen Thanh Lam - Chairman of BOD of KHPC as Representative of 50% contributed capital of EVNCPC in KHPC from January 01, 2022.

2)      The appointment of Mr. Nguyen Cao Ky – Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of KHPC as Representative of 50% contributed capital of EVNCPC in KHPC from January 01, 2022.

3)      The appointment of Mr. Nguyen Hai Duc –Deputy Chief Executive Officer of KHPC as Representative of 30% contributed capital of EVNCPC in KHPC from January 01, 2022.
