On December 31, 2021, Khai Hoan Land Real Estate JSC announces the Resolution of General Meeting of Shareholders to approve the following contents:

1)      Approving the change of the company’s trading name:

-          Old name: Khai Hoan Land Real Estate Joint Stock Company

-          New name: Khai Hoan Land Group Joint Stock Company

-          Short name: KHAI HOAN LAND GROUP.

2)      Approving the regulation on election of members of Supervisory Board.

3)      Approving the resignation of Mrs. Nguyen Thi Phuong Kieu as member of Supervisory Board.

4)      Approving the additional election of member of Supervisory Board.

5)      Approving the list of members of Supervisory Board:

-          Mr. Hoang Phuong:          Head of Supervisory Board

-          Mrs. Nguyen Thu Trang:   member of Supervisory Board

-          Mr. Nguyen Minh Hieu: member of Supervisory Board.
