−        Stock name: Stock of Southern Hydropower Joint Stock Company

−        Stock type: common stock

−        Par value: VND10,000/share

−        Estimated issue volume: 7,496,861 shares

−        Exercise ratio: 8% (those who own 100 shares will receive 08 new shares)  

−        Plan to deal with fractional shares: The shares newly issued to shareholders will be rounded down to units. The fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.

For example, on the record date, shareholder A owns 470 shares. Shareholder A will receive: 470 x 8% = 37.6 shares. After rounded down, the real number of shares shareholder A receives will be 37 shares. The fractional part (0.6) will be cancelled.
