On September 01, 2021, Nafoods Group Joint Stock Company announces the Resolution of General Meeting of Shareholders in form of collecting shareholders’ opinions in writing with details as follows:

1)      Approving to cancel the merger plan between Nafoods International Company Limited and Nafoods Group.

2)      Approving the resignation of Mr. Duong T Trung as Independent member of BOD.

3)      Approving the additional election member of BOD regulation.

4)      Approving the additional election of Mrs. Dieu Thi Lan Phuong as Independent member of BOD for the term 2020-2025.

5)      Approving the list of members of BOD for the term 2020-2025, including:

-          Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung – Chairman of BOD

-          Mrs. Phan Thi Minh Chau – Deputy chairman of BOD

-          Mr. Johan De Geer – Member of BOD

-          Mr. Nguyen Tien Chinh – Member of BOD
