According to the Resolution of Annual General Meeting dated June 26, 2021 of Rangdong Light Source and Vacuum Flask Joint Stock Company, the cash dividend payment for 2021 is implemented as follows:

-          Exercise ratio: 50%/charter capital

-          Payment time: 2 phases:

+ Phase 1: September 2021: 25%

+ Phase 2: April 2022: 25%.

However, due to the effect of Covid-19, the Company has to focus on human and economic resources. Therefore, the Company would like to adjust the expected time to pay cash dividend for 2021 in November 2021.
