The BOD of HVC Investment and Technology Joint Stock Company approved to personnel change as follows:

- Approving the resignation of Mr. Le Van Cuong as Deputy Chairman of the BOD as from September 27, 2021.

- Approving the resignation of Mr. Do Huy Cuong as CEO.

- Approving the appointment of Mr. Le Van Cuong as CEO.

- Approving the resignation of Ms. Vu Thi Nga as Chief Accountant as from September 27, 2021.

- Approving the appointment of Ms. Vu Thi Nga as Deputy CEO as from September 27, 2021.

- Approving the appointment of Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Lan as Chief Accountant as from September 27, 2021.
