The Board resolution dated September 23, 2021, the BOD of Hapaco Group Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:.

1)      Approving the policy to improve the productivity of export paper plants to meet the high demand of Taiwanese customers in September. By the end of the Quarter III/2021, export products must grow by more than 27% compared to the same period, in which exports reached 727 conts in first nine months of 2021 (15,630 tons).

2)      Approving the policy to sign and implement the transaction agreements with related parties in 2021, including:

-          Vida Hai Phong Company Limited;

-          Hai Phong Paper Company Limited;

-          Hapaco Yen Son Company Limited;

-          Hapaco Hai Ha Company Limited;

-          Hapaco Dong Bac Company Limited;

-          Hapaco Hai Phong Paper Company Limited;

-          Green International Hospital Joint Stock Company.
