The Board resolution dated September 20, 2021, the BOD of An Binh Securities Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)       To increase its charter capital from VND397,000,000,000 to VND1,000,439,880,000

2)      To amend its charter with new charter capital.

-          New charter capital: VND1,000,439,880,000

-          Stock volume: 100,043,988 shares

-          Par value: VND10,000/share.
