Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Techcombank) announces Board Resolution No.0926/2021 dated September 21, 2021 as follows:

1)      The Board of Directors of Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank approved to grant a credit and approved to sign a guarantee agreement between Techcombank and Mobicast Joint Stock Company:

-          Guarantee amount: up to VND 450,175,000,000

-          Guarantee term: up to 36 months

-          Guarantee method: The Sherpa Co., Ltd.’s unconditional and irrevocable payment guarantee for Mobicast’s financial obligations arising at Techcombank from this guarantee.

2)      The Board of Directors of Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank approved The Sherpa Co., Ltd.’s unconditional and irrevocable payment guarantee for Mobicast’s financial obligations arising from this guarantee agreement above. Of which, Techcombank is the beneficiary issued by The Sherpa.

-          Guarantor: The Sherpa Co., Ltd.

-          The guaranteed: Mobicast Joint Stock Company

-          Beneficiary: Techcombank

-          Guaranteed obligation: All of Mobicast’s financial obligations arising at Techcombank under the guarantee agreement signed between Mobicast and Techcombank.
