The Board resolution dated September 17, 2021, the Board of Directors of Saigon Real – Estate Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)       Approving the business result in first six months of 2021:

-          Investment expenses:              105,000 million dongs

-          Revenue:                                 30,000 million dongs

-          Profit after tax:                       (4,300) million dongs.

2)      Approving the business plan adjustment in 2021:

3)      Approving the policy to change its name.

4)      Approving to pay cash dividend for 2020 with 15%/charter capital in Quarter 4/2021.
