The Board resolution dated September 11, 2021, the Board of Directors of Construction Joint Stock Company 47 approved the following issues:

1)      Approving the result of stock issuance to raise capital from the owner’s equity (bonus shares) and to pay dividend for 2020:

-          Expected issuance volume: 2,808,321 shares

-          Number of distributed shares: 2,807,361 shares; Of which:

+ Bonus shares: 1,871,706 shares

+ To pay stock dividend: 935,655 shares

-          Number of distributed shareholders: 2,119 shareholders

-          Fractional shares volume: 960 shares; Of which:

+ Bonus shares: 452 shares

+ To pay stock dividend: 508 shares.

-          Stock volume after the issuance: 21,529,504 shares

2)      Approving the adjustment of Business Registration Certificate to raise its charter capital at Planning and Investment Department of Binh Dinh Province.

-          Charter capital before increasing: VND187,221,430,000

-          Charter capital after increasing: VND215,295,040,000, equivalent to 21,529,504 shares due to the additional issuance of 2,807,361 shares from stock issuance to raise capital from the owner’s equity (bonus shares) and to pay dividend for 2020.

3)      Approving the amendment of the company’s charter with new charter capital.

4)      Approving to register to deposit at the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) and list on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) for 2,807,361 shares. Time of implementation in September 2021 or October 2021, after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
