-         Number of outstanding shares: 1,593,767,296 shares

-         Number of treasury shares: 15,081,522 shares

-         Number of shares expected to be issued: 398,441,824 shares

-         Exercise ratio: 100:25 (Those who own 100 shares will receive 25 new shares.)

-         Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will not be rounded down into 01 share, the fractional shares (if any) will be given to Ho Chi Minh City Development Joint Stock Commercial Bank Labor Union.

-         For example: at the record date, shareholder A owns 1,234 shares. With 25% performing ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 1,234 *25/100 = 308.5 shares. Therefore, the shareholder A will receive 308 new shares and fractional shares of 0.5 will be given to Ho Chi Minh City Development Joint Stock Commercial Bank Labor Union.
