On August 06, 2021, KIS Vietnam Securities Corporation announced the resolution of the annual general meeting (on seeking shareholders’ approval) as follows:

1)      AGM approved the resignation of Ms. Nguyen Thi To Mai as a member of the Supervisory Board.

2)      AGM approved to elect Ms. Dinh Thi Thuy Trang as a member of the Supervisory Board in the term 2018 – 2022.
