-          Approving the resignation of Mr. Ngo Duc Long as Head of the Internal Audit Board  as from August 04, 2021.

-          Approving to appoint Mr. Trinh Thanh Hai as Chairman of the Audit Committee as from August 04, 2021.

-          Approving to appoint Mrs. Do Thi Thanh Phuong as Deputy Chairman of the Audit Committee as from August 04, 2021.
