On August 25, 2021, the Board of Directors of Agribank Securities Corporation approved the intention of signing  contracts on consulting, issue agent, registration agent, depository and settlement agent for a private placement of bond of Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (Agribank) in 2021 with the estimated issue value of VND5,000 billion.
