The Board resolution dated August 25, 2021, the Board of Directors of Japan Vietnam Medical Instrument Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      To postpone the record date for holding the Annual General Meeting 2021 after August 30, 2021.

2)      To postpone the time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2021 after September 30, 2021 but no later than December 31, 2021.

3)      The reason for adjusting due to the complicated situation of the Covid-19 epidemic.
