On August 13, 2021, HOSE received the 2021 semi-annual reviewed financial statements of Viet Nam Ocean Shipping Joint Stock Company (symbol: VOS). Accordingly, the after-tax profit was 222.06 billion dongs, the undistributed after-tax profit on July 30, 2021 was -699.12  billion dongs. Besides, the auditor noted the Company's continuous operations because as of June 30, 2021, the Company had the accumulated loss of 699.13 billion dongs and overdue debts of 520 billion dongs.

Therefore, HOSE continues to remain the supervision status for the stock VOS and will consider solutions for the stock VOS after having the 2021 audited financial statements.
