Investment and Industrial Development Joint Stock Corporation announced the resolution of the extraordinary general shareholders’ meeting (EGM) dated August 23, 2021 (on seeking shareholders’ approval):

1)      Approving to choose Auditing and Consulting Co., Ltd (A&C) for the 2021 semi-annual financial statements and the 2021 financial statements.

2)      Approving a list of selected audit firm in 2021:

-          Auditing and Consulting Co., Ltd (A&C)

-          KPMG Vietnam Limited Company (KPMG)

-          Ernst &Young Vietnam Co., Ltd

-          PricewaterhouseCoopers Viet Nam Company Limited

-          Deloitte Vietnam Co., Ltd.

3)      Approving to amend the Articles of Association.
